Custom campaigns are created for you

In addition to your pre-designed campaigns, you will receive 4 completely custom campaigns designed for your company. These are not reused templates or images! They are created just for you.

No hardware to worry about

PostArk hosts your contacts, campaigns and statistics -you don't have to worry about server management. Simply create and schedule your campaigns and we'll take care of the rest.

Unlimited contacts and groups

With PostArk you can store hundreds of thousands of contacts. These contacts are managed and guarded by PostArk Alert, while still allowing you full control over your contact database. At any time you can copy, move, delete or export contacts from the system.

Easy upload and download of contacts

Manage your contacts the way you want: enter contact names one at-a-time or do a mass upload from a CSV file or a previous database. You can also copy & paste contacts from any location, even a webpage.

Data entering services

PostArk provides ballot-forms allowing you to collect your customers name, email, birthday and address details. Stuff the ballots into our self-addressed envelopes, send them to us bi-monthly and we’ll enter your collected data into your customer database.

Contact Opt-In generator

You don't want your emails to be blocked by ISP and SPAM blockers. To comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other security points, all emails sent by PostArk include an opt-out link on every message as well as a confirmation opt-in email when the customer joins the program.

Easy Template Editor

Using our built-in Easy Template Editor is quick and simple to use; simply chose a suitable Template image then type in your text. You’ll have slick email campaigns set-up in minutes.

Pre-designed default campaigns for key occasions

Once your account is set-up, you will have 2 custom campaigns ready for use: Customer Sign-up and Customer Birthday. The system will automatically send an email to the customer with an offer (to be specified) on the anniversary (of their sign-up) and their birthday.

Templating and advanced scheduling

Don't feel creative today? No problem… you can chose from dozens of exclusive and high quality templates to use in your campaign. Also, with our easy scheduling system, you can create in advance any number of campaigns that you want to send out in the future. Feel like creating all your campaigns for the rest of the year? Go ahead.

Advanced email tracking system

PostArk allows you to keep track of every campaign that was sent out. Using our tracking system, you can see how effective your campaign was including; number of deliveries, bounced emails, who opened the email and who clicked on a link on the email.

Voucher tracking system

If your emails include vouchers, you can enter the number of vouchers redeemed into the PostArk stats system. PostArk will generate basic statistics, including cash generated from the campaign.
